I was at this show, and it was one of my top three Low shows, for sure. Much better than the Knitting Factory show the next night. Low were loose and excited, talking a lot, even fondly remembering their last Spaceland show, which included their infamous Misfits set.
I'd been overseas for a few years right before this, but I remember loving all the new "faster" material. Without a doubt the highlight was a blistering, extended Lordy. They still amaze me when they decide to let loose with Bob Mould-like feedback and distortion.

This is a great show from the pre-Great Destroyer period, although quite a few of the songs are from that release. A great mix of tunes. A highlight for me is the noisy "Lordy", Alan goes wild with his effects/playing. The band must have been in a fine way considering they do an off the cuff version of "Hey Ya" before a nice noisy version of "Canada". GREAT SHOW! another must have.
