A relaxed evening jam at Maggie and Ken's home in Madison, Wisconsin, the night before I flew back to the UK. A mix of songs and jams - saz, acoustic guitar and bass.
Notes
Maggie - acoustic guitar, vocals, flute Peter - acoustic guitar, vocals Ken - electric bass guitar (1, 6, 8-13) Matthew - saz These were all recorded on the evening of 26th April 2009 on Maggie and Ken's back porch in Madison, Wisconsin (the night before I flew back to the UK). "Burning Airlines Gives You So Much More" is a Brian Eno song (from his album Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy)) - this is a composite of two different versions, one before Ken got home, one after "Long May You Run" is the Stephen Stills and Neil Young song "Losing Focus" and "Desert Train" are Peter songs "The THC Song" is possibly by Maggie "Pancho and Lefty" is the Townes Van Zandt song - this is also a composite of two different versions "Ghost Riders in the Sky" is by Stan Jones - I've spliced a little section out of this |
