Mark and Katrina go for a drive in the Hinterland, talking about things and telling each other stories. They get lost, argue, and then Mark reads Dante while Kat tries to phone someone. A plane flies overhead at one point and they drive a little more. They see a peacock walk across the road and then, a little later on, the film ends.
