Subject: Jumpin' Superman
Really great, but I can only give this cartoon 4 stars because of the inexcusable continuity errors with the numbering of the robots. This Superman is a weaker version of the one I remember from the 1960's comic books. My Superman would shrug off electric wires and fire as though it were nothing, probably wouldn't even notice something so feeble. And I noticed that this early cartoon Superman doesn't really fly, he just jumps as high as he needs to, and falls or glides down to earth. And what's all the hubbub about the new movie Superman not saying "Truth, Justice, and the American Way?" This Superman doesn't say "the American Way" either.

Subject: Sky Captain?
I was wondering how many people realise this must be the biggest Inpiration tfor Sky Captain?
How great is the animation???
Apparently, we have progressed as regards our imagination and so on and so forth but I think there is something missing in a lot of the films these days: originality!
These Superman shorts have got it in spades!!!

Subject: Excellent Cartoon!
The plot is a bit cheesy, but the drawing and the flow is excellent.

The Fleischer brothers(Max and Dave) were truly ahead of their time as innovators and creators who pushed the envelope of cartoon animation.
"Superman" is one of their finest creations. The films are well structured with good stories and fine drawing.
