Movie at Mega Man 5 (ＵＳＡのロックマン５), played by Baxter.
This is a great improvement to the previous version by Kopernical, summing to 3 minutes and 26 seconds of time saved.
The most obvious improvement comes in the superb well-planned use of the Super Arrow, which is used to dart Megaman through the stages horizontally and vertically. But there are many other improvements too, discussed at the author's comments.
