Subject: Spearhead is good.....
Never really listened to em before and i heard they were gunna be at mountain jam which wasn't a big deal to me because i went on sunday for Phil. I was very surprised to find myself dancing and having a great time when spearhead came out. Good band good songs and a great sunday lineup.

Subject: Franti brought the love!
Second year in a row that the sun comes out for Michael Franti at Mountain Jam. This year's wonderful performance was made even more special by a guest appearance from Mr. Warren Haynes. For the uninitiated, it was an eye opening experience seeing this tall man bring out so much joy and sprituality while hammering home some serious political themes. The music, the message, the vibes all combined to make a funk soaked performance. Having had the pleasure of seeing him before, I count this among the nest I've seen this band!
Rob's recording is superb. All of his Mt.Jam recordings are clear and very sweet. Thanks so much for taping this and spreading the joy!
Peace!
