I have been listening to Kimock for 3 years and never have I come across a more delightful set! Africa is amazing!! I recommend to anyone who is new to kimock or to anyone who has been loving his style for years. Cheers to the taper and whomever transfered the set. Bravo!!

One of my favorite pieces of live music of all time, and I am not throwing these words around lightly. Free flowing and wonderful kimock. highly recommended

Subject: very sweet
i stumbled upon this show as i was checking out the shows that samson had reviewed and as i have a sweet spot for recordings of ratdog with kimock and some zero recordings this looked enticing.
this really is a must listen, the band has great chemistry and the music is uptempo, fun, and explorative. they just keep on jammin'. i'm only on "What I Say?" and this tune has been jazzing, rocking, and morphing for probably a half an hour.

Definately a must have! If your not a Kimock fan, give this to someone who is! Its the perfect X-Mas present! I D/L this one last fall and intensionally didn't listen to it until Dec 24 of last year. Made for a most surreal X-mas eve! Great sound and straight up jazz. Who could ask for more!

Subject: Well, they could be right.
Kimock playing straight-up jazz is hard to beat, and the song choice is immaculate. What I Say? In A Silent Way?

Subject: best Kimock of 1999?
Many hard-core Kimock freaks consider this the best Kimock performance of 1999, which had LOTS of great KVHW shows -- you be the judge -- thanks to Jim Stiefel of The Panel for the stellar recording, and Syd for the DAE-free transfer.
