Subject: THIS SHOW IS THE S***!
I've been using Archive.org for years now. I've streamed tons of shows. I had to register just so I could give kudos on this show. I saw MMJ at Bonnaroo in 2008. Amazing show. I so wish I was in Madison Sq. Garden for this one. The audios not bad on this recording. Sounds like the crowd had a great time and was well entertained. Great work on all partys! MMJ you rock our worlds !!! Love it.

Subject: Praise for the Taper
This is one of the hottest live shows going right now, and New Years brings out the best in most bands. Thank you SO much for standing guard over those sweet mics on the floor all night,(a feat more challenging than most would understand.)

What a night! Having seen these boys in much smaller venues over the years, I wasn't sure what to expect at the cavernous Garden...but man, did they pull it off!

And great choice of cover songs too...Sam Cooke's "Bring It On Home To Me"...wow! Oddly, I had just heard the song performed a few nights earlier by this rockin' band out of NYC called Leroy Justice. Apparently they play it a ton. Of course, the great Archive has a recording of that show too...

Subject: Disc tracking recoommendations
Thanks for the info about the tracking error -- I've fixed the reported track break issues for Touch Me Part 2/Run Thru (tracks 19/20 in set 1) on 1/5/09.

As for disc tracking recommendations, check my setlist at the top or the .txt file -- I've got all the tracking done for you.

S1T20: Run Through should start earlier, part of it is on the end of S1T19.

Also, any recommendations on how to track it out on to disc?

Thanks to the taper & mmj for this one.

The sound that night was spot on for MSG & this recording proves that.

Excellent recording of what i thought was one of the best shows i was ever at.

Love this band, they mix so many different types of music & do it so well.

Thanks again, cant wait to listen to this agian.

This was the best NYE ever, the most highly anticipated evening of 2008 (since I spied the marquee crawl @ MSG b4 Tom Petty show). The Boys brought it full on. D-Y-N-O MITE!
