Subject: monks majesty
great performance, great recording by the mighty phillipe. It brings joy to my heart that the monksters have returned. If you dig Camper Van Beethoven then understand that the Monks are equally glorious, coming on like an americana king crimson they are both majestic and brutal (and they have better songs.) Lets hope there's more on the way. Check out Greg Lisher's excellent set from the campout and when is Victor Krummenacher's own stuff going to appear-he is a genius song writer with a beautiful voice and should be huge in his own right.
