modeltfordcarits00pagrich_0009.jp2 is page 9 of the physical book. However, modeltfordcarits00pagrich_0001.jp2 is actually the books cover which is never included in page numbering. Also modeltfordcarits00pagrich_0003.jp2 is the scanner credits page added by the scanning team to take credit.
