Does anyone know where the disco biscuits portion is? I can't seem to find it, and really want to hear their section of the show again.

The soft jazzy ballad that Marco (& company) played during the encores was "the spy who loved me".
I agree that this was an amazing night!

The Duo+Gordon is under "Benevento/Russo"
The HeadCount BlueGrass is under "Al Schnier"
The HeadCount Allstars +mini-Biscuits set will both be posted under "Disco Biscuits". The jam at the end of moe. was in fact HC-Allstars again and not a moe. encore, hence the reason it will be posted there and not here! Enjoy!

Hey, this was a great show to be at. The moe. set was ok, seemed kind of short. Does anybody have the encore? I though the encore was great. IIRC, the encore was lead by Micheal Kang, included Al, Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits) on bass, Joe Russo on Drums?, some guy playing Sax and Marco Benevento on keyboards. I could have some of that mixed up. Anyway, they played a song I didn't recognize, something about "stand up" in the chorus, and as that ended, the show pretty much seemed over with. Everyone was cheering, band members were giving thanks and saying good byes, but Marco kind of started noodling around playing a tune on his keyboard. I don't know what the song was, but it sounded familar. It looked like he was just messing around, but then he started to get serious. It was kind of a soft ballad, played in a little bit of a jazzy way. Everyone left the stage, but Marco kept playing. It was already after 2:00, but Marco seemed to be just enjoying playing the song. He kept playing, and then eventually Chuck came back out on the stage and said something to Marco, something like "Hey man, the shows over, you gotta stop now". But Marco just kept playing so Chuck got out his guitar and started playing along. Shortly after that Al (Yes Al, not Vinnie) jumps on the drums and they have a full jam going. Eventually more people come out, include Rob who starts playing bass. The jam ends, everyone kind of gets ready to leave again but them Rob start playing another riff on his bass, which leads into another lengthy jam, which evetually ends with a little bit of a low rider jam. Anyway, sorry for the long post, but I thought the encore was the highlight of the night and I was just hoping some of the tapers captured it.
Oh and one other thing of note for moe fans. The set before moe was the headcount all-stars, which started out as al, vinnie, Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits, bass), Aron Magner (Disco Biscuits, keyboards). The first two songs played were Recreational Chemistry and Meat. Eventually Jon Gutwillig and Sam Altman came out as Al and Vinnie left, to turn the set into a full Disco Biscuits set.
