Subject: Killer!
I was the house engineer/production manager at Mexicali until early 2005 and was just surfing archive for shows that were recorded during my time there... this one was pretty special! It wasn't a normal "soundboard" taping, on this night Steve's engineer mixed FOH so I grabbed a spare reverb from the FOH rack & and ran this recording off the monitor board, right to DAT. In essence mixed it specifically for recording... Glad to see so many downloads & that people dig it! MOV was/is a great band with great people... always loved working & hanging out with them. J. Subject: Superb
This was my first listen to MOV. I just chanced on this show cause they played at a local venue (I was not there), but so glad I choose this show. Excellent playing through out. Great Quality tape, get and and just get lost in the beautiful melodic melodies, and soulful voices. There are many GD like moments. Simply a must have

What a show and great recording! Haven't seen them since late 90's in Maine at the olde Seadog! This show is a must nugget for anyone with quality ears!! Thanks Cactus!
