Subject: Low-energy gold
With the small crowd and the abundant seating that allowed people to sit back and relax, the energy level of this show was on the low side. The audience participated whenever Marty prodded them/us for the most part, but the calls and responses lacked some of the characteristic Martin Sexton Show feel. There were a couple problems with the sound and another band playing at the end of his show, which obviously pissed Marty off a bit, but overall the show was very good.

Chris Trapper, who opened for Marty and played a great set, was humorous and on his game. All I can say is, "Thank you so much!"

Notes

@ - other music interruption delayed start & ultimately the song was stopped mid-way through

Thanks to Martin Sexton for allowing audience recordings.
