I think the vocalist was Charles Gaylord backed by Fulton & Young... The "Sweet" trio, whom I suspect stepped in when the Rhythm Boys were busy elsewhere...
The audio quality of this dupe is poor, sounds like someone out a microphone in front of a phonograph, the recording has marvelous bass in it...I should upload mine! :)
Gene Austin had the mega hit version, but this dance arrangement was very popular & sold well...

Very much Paul Whiteman which means it is good. However although the recording was clean I got the impression that the recording was made by holding the recording mic in front of a loudspeaker. The quality is this and distant.Am I wrong? Still enjoyable though!

Orchestra Leader, "Okay, you're going to sing 'My Blue Heaven'!
Singer: "But I don't know all the words"
Orchestra Leader: "That's okay, just la-de-da through the words you don't know, and we'll fill the rest in with orchestra, with a Banjo and Violin solo"
