"An essay on the nature and properties of sound", pages 3-9, has separate caption title. It has been attributed to a Charles Stockbridge of Scituate, Massachusetts

"An introduction to the rules of musick, with such directions for singing, as is most easy and necessary for learners", pages 9-21, 4th count, has separate caption title
