Subject: Glitchy Minimal House Revisited
This has been around for a while, but it's so good that it's worth revisting again. One-of-a-kind glitch with traces of minimal house. Absolutely among the best. If you like this, check out the artist's free "Starfield Simulation Series 08" mp3 download at www.komplott.com. This one is more of the lower-case glitch genre.

Subject: Another Unique Moment in History brought to you by No Type!
Yes, this is another very unique release on No Type. One of the few works that is somewhat comparable to the Minimalist strangeness of Camp. Yet this is not as dark, but it is just as oblique and eerily emotive. This release is Chill, but very groovy. Suitable for early or very late night moments. Similar to Camp - this release has some VERY deep sub bass (lines) but usually omits any dominant presence of a bass drum - something fairly rare although not uncommon in dub & say..the work of phillipe cam. Strangly Bonarelli still utilizes things like the hi-hat (or at least a sound like a hi-hat were one might expect it to be) to evoke the subtlist of the 'push', 'drive'
or 'thrust' of techno & house. it's 'barely there' but undenialably present...like 'traces'..phantoms of techno...

I have not heard Bonarelli produce anything quite like this since - seeming that this *might* be one of few responses to the 'style' put forth by Camp on 'Feministe' on No Type. The two releases can great mixing potential between them - I recommend this.

Also of my highest reccomendation is Bonarelli's release on Sweden's Komplott. It's the most experimental thing I have ever heard from this artist, quite interesting & extremely subtle & delicate music - still somewhat present is the phantasm of some kind of groove music...
&&&&ALSO---> Bonarelli's VINYL release on No Type is quite awesome - great at lots of BPM's and equipted with excellent bass drums and more pushing than not. very much in the timeless or classic minimalist groove aesthetic. (think basic channel, maurizio, deep chord, etc with the gentle touch of that swedish digitalia a la mitek) :)

word.

check this out.
