Notes:
1. Special thanks to Joe, the sound engineer that night, for not only
allowing me to patch in to the board (and for suggesting that I do).
2. The levels off the board were a bit low, so the "normalize" program
in batch mode was used to boost the levels about +17db.
3. Graeme Walker wasn't able to make this gig, so Dennis Goodwin
sat in, playing banjo and slide electric guitar.
