The cool hip cat tries to convince some conservative interviewer dude, that drugs should be legalized. Although the stiff isn't quite buying Buckley's proposal, he starts to loosen him up in the end. Buckley goes as far as to pretend he has a cough, so he can drop some codine (in the form of a lozenge) right in the middle of the interview. What balls on this guy.

I love these guys like Sacha Cohen (Ali G) and Willam Buckley...pretending to be a character so they can get in interviews. Buckley's conservative character is great, and he never breaks a smile the whole time he is going on about legalizing drugs.

Subject: Buckley on Drug Legalization

This is actually the program concerning the cost benefit and morality of legalizing drugs, not the one so titled.
