.Tape. is 26 year old Daniel Romero from Asturias, Spain. He wears glasses, likes playing with toy instruments such as the casio pt88, toy accordion, and a toy spanish guitar. He uses a very simple sequencer and records his toy instruments with a simple pc microphone. Bringing together his love for lo-fi indie pop with his love for melodic electro-pop, .tape. creates a unique story-book landscape where more than likely, you'll find the princess saves the dragon from the evil prince.

Very Good
This must have sounded pretty good when it came out, and I must admit, hearing it now for the first time, it has apparently aged well. I always have appreciated this sort of approach to electronics- not entirely novel, but not exactly the well-trodden path either. Check it out. Well worth your time, given the bottomless sea of free electronic music out there.

Tape - A must have!
Reall wonderful pop musik, as always the lo-fi instruments bring such a wonderful element in the mix. Nice use of tones and effects. This is a great download!

Very interesting
I liked these tracks a lot, mainly because they are so unusual. Very unconventional approach to making music that works well for this artist. When one gets bored of the usual electronic sounds, give .Tape. a listen.
