Sound Issues
The 'PA' was those round 'high-school cafeteria' speakers mounted in the ceiling tiles, that's why the vocals are so muffled. The second guitarist's amp was really small. Overall the sound blemishes result from the room not really being set up for a band (usually solo acts play in the Atlanta Room).
More better-sounding Outfo shows should be up here soon . . . .

Outformation, Smith's Olde Bar
I've downloaded this show and I listen to it a lot. The audio quality is decent. The instruments sound pretty good, the vocals are a bit tough to make out most of the time. I wish I could make out the vocals for the 1st 3 songs, but it's tough. Overall the performance is good, especially on Stone In My Shoe, Long Hard Ride, Burne4d Faceless, and the last song Midnight Promises is really hot, with inspired vocals. It says there is another guitar player but I really don't hear it most of the time.
There is a bit of sloppiness. The drums are all over the place> I'm wondering if they were miked. Sometimes they are in the pocket with the other instruments, but sometimes I can't barely hear them. A few times when the band gets cooking, the drums go away, especially the snare, maybe the drummer was having some technical problems or something.
Overall this is a good show performance wise, I want to hear more from these guys.
