Subject: Pelican on form.
Although the term doesn't get used as much as it did in the Seventies, Pelican have many of the attributes of a "Progressive Rock" band. No bad thing in my opinion. Clever time signatures, powerful riffs, strong tunes, they are well worth buying/listening to.
The track list as far as I can work out is:
1) Crowd Noise
2) March to the Sea from the Album The Fire in our Throats will Beckon the Thaw (TF) (or March into the Sea if you bought the EP)
3) Autumn into Summer from the Album Australasia(AU)
4) Sirius (TF)
5) Nightendday (AU)
6) - This is introduced with "This is a new song", no title given.
7) Last Day of Winter (TF)
8) - I don't recognise this one, any ideas anyone?
