Subject: 3 for the recording/4 for the show
This show was even better than my first show a few weeks before in Roanoke. The sound isn't as good on this one but it's not half bad either, props to Joel for getting all these shows out! Highlights were Funkytown, TTFPJ, Say it Ain't So, and Macumba. Buffalo Creek is a cool place for a show, the scene afterwards was pretty shady but maybe it will be better this year. LOTS of drunken fights after the show... Either way, it was a great time overall and this is one to check out even if it's not the greatest recording out there. Thanks again Joel!

Subject: Sounds Okay
I'm surprised how far away it sounds. The Pnuma Trio show sounds incredible, but this show sounds very distant. Still, the playing is great and I'm glad someone taped it!

Subject: Rocked the House
Hearing the subtle beginning of It Starts Where It Ends got the night off on a great beat. The entire first set was intense with a great vibe in the air. Playground, Funkytown, and Three Weeks all left everyone in the house in amazement. Even though many left after the first set, Crockett and Tubbs and Brock's rap during Macumba kept everyone psyched. It was a great festival and having PGroove cap it off was the perfect way to end it...See you this weekend!!
