Subject: Happy New Year Run...
As Harl said... It was the a combination of things that made this New years for me.. The music was just incredible with some great bust outs and some great guest.. all around it was tight and clean playing from top to bottom... with a lot of emotion....

Joel you are an absolute treasure! Thanks again for an incredibly wonderful recording. Feel free to make a trip up to the North East and tape some shows for us!!!

Subject: Jigga What?!?!
This show blew last years out of the water. I mean they brought the Robot back to bring in the new year, then brought some serious heat with the Speed Sawyer sandwich, and nobody saw the Macumba coming out of the Teakwood intro. They did have to cut At The Screen short, but made up for it with the ultimate Cialis funk, Fame, for the first encore. It was definitely one for the books.

Subject: Better than last year's
As someone who was at both 2007 and 2008 NYE shows, 2008 was better IMO. It would have been nice to have another acoustic PG set beforehand like 2007, but Brock's set was just as good. The song selection, the crowd, the venue, the special guests, etc... all made for a wonderful experience. Thanks again Joel for the great sounding recording.
