Subject: pinback black cat 2003
i was at this show, and to be honest, i was completely blown away by the vocal abilities of rob and armistead.
AMAZING harmonies. it looked as if rob's head had split in half, he had his mouth open so wide.
to truly apprecite pinback, it must be seen, and it must be LOUD!

Unfortunately, the crowd (or rather, one guy in front of me) was a bit chatty. I switched MiniDisc recorders at 4:45 on "Montaigne," hence the fade in/out that accounts for about one second of missed show. The weird noise/gap at 3:53 on "Boo"
is on the master recording.
