MLML-Abstract machine EP

Something in the world forces us to think. This something is an object not of recognition but of a fundamental encounter.
(Gilles Deleuze, 1994)

"Abstract machines in themselves is abstract, singular, creative, real, actual, non-concrete and non-effectuated. All abstract machines are linked to other abstract machines: their operations are convergent. An abstract machine is an affect, or mode of engagement, they are also recurrently and fortuitously re-effectuated, in a sporadic process of re-emergence, intensification and tranfiguration of the mode of engagement involved. But the plane is the abstract machine of which assemblages are the working parts. A diagram guides a narrative, a story of what moving across the music entails. Lines and arrows display a functional relation between terms - such that this path can be followed in this way. And the overall structure offers a series of choices and constraints. Like geographic maps, however, diagrams provide a possible outline or itinerary, but they do not completely determine the specifics of how a journey will unfold. Becoming is like the machine".
