Subject: Thanks a lot!
Thanks a lot for this one. I was there, and I can remember that it had been a long time since I had seen The Rainmakers back then. I think this was their "comeback" show in Oslo after they had split up in 1990. I got a bit... err.. drunk at the end of the show so it's nice to hear the last part too.

Before The Rainmakers entered the stage, the Norwegian band "Poor Rich Ones" did a great show too. I think that was even before their first record. They later went on to release a few very, very good records and also won a Norwegian Grammy (Spelemannsprisen). Too bad there's no tape out there of their performance too, it must have been their first at the Rockefeller.

The Sound quality of this Rainmakers show is good enough to give you a feel of "being there" and a feel for the energy. Still, the show a few days later on 4. September, also released here, is much better. So if you are to download just one of these, get that one instead. (Or both, like I did..)
