Notes
Location: Row R Seat 1, ~20 feet right of Center @ 8.5'
*-Jam is missing all but last 56 seconds
+- PA crackle at the beginning
First several minutes of Jam are missing. Tickets said 8 PM, they started at 7:45. I was running last minute "errands" when the show started. First few seconds are faded in to avoid the jarring record start.
Set I is 80:20. If you can overburn 20 seconds the entire set fits on one CD.
Enjoy! RobertNC

Subject: listening to a memory...
p.s. if darkeyed/darkhaired from BOONE remembers a blueyed girl from the front row...it was me!
Subject: A Great Night in Charlotte
The Band was very tight and Kimock brought little tingles up and down my spine and neck as he strutted right on through classics such as Dark Star,Help>slip and China>Rider.
Lots of Dylan that night. The Hard Rain was great and Bobby sounded really clear. For me, the high point was the Tequila>Silvio>tequila>Silvio, a great Dead/Dylan classic with lyrics provided by the one and only Robert Hunter. I thought the days of Silvio were long gone.
The place was a stinky smoke fest all of 2nd set with no hassles from house security or bacon.
Two more things:
Its nice not to be the oldest person at a show..
Its nice to know there's still a little real magic.
This show gets four stars for a lot of reasons: classic songs, front row, great pictures, great smoke, great friends=Great Times!!!
BIG,HUGE,HAPPY THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED WITH INTERNET ARCHIVE!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
KEEP 'EM COMING

Subject: QUINN THE ESKIMO!
...sprinkling more obscure offerings makes for a fun show, imo. For this show, the band and the audience seem to be enjoying each other...especially during Quinn and Gloria.
Bobby really seems to be mixing it up on this tour...bravo, "Dog."
Great sound on the recording...we are being spoiled again! Thanks, (((R Graham)))!
Subject: amazing AUD!!!
