saz, mandola, hurdy-gurdy, tabla and percussion improvisations, recorded on an organic farm in rural Dorset, early April 2007
Notes
Stef - mandola, mandolin, percussion Joel - hurdy-gurdy, tabla and other percussion Matthew - saz, percussion the nearby church of St. Thomas à Becket, Pulham This was all recorded at Cannings Court Farm, Pulham, Dorset (where these were also recorded). Tracks 3 and 4 were recorded outside around a fire by Joel and Sarah's 1966 Bedford bus. Stef was visiting from West Wales. Around the same time, we were working on this project (which explains the novel use of loops). |
