Subject: A great night out
Strong sound quality, unusual song selections (covers include "Stayin' Alive" and VU's "Candy Says") & a strong sense of "don't-give-a-damn" fun make this a great night out with RH and Jon Brion whose instrumental flourishes add new dimensions to Robyn's usual acoustic excellence. Among the jewels: "Gigolo Aunt" as a sloppy-great jam on guitar, keys, drums & harmonica & a version of "I Feel Beautiful" that's just that: beautiful.

Interesting show in which Robyn plays 5 songs in a row from Queen Elvis, introducing each song with something like "... and the next song on the album was this one." Jon Brion joins in midway throughout set 1 and remains for the rest of the show. A low key Tuesday night. Enjoy
