Subject: Nice
A great recording of a fun night of music that is marred by some folks who apparently more concerned with out "wooo hooo'ing" each other than listening to the music.
Could be 4-5 stars but while occasional cathartic release is wonderful and expected the constant screaming is distracting and annoying.

Subject: What a great band :)
This is my first real listen to RRE besides hearing them play with Phil and Friends. Thanks again Grateful Dead for opening my ears to new American music! These guys are great musicians with a great synergystic way of playing and good lyrics. They sound like they're having a lot of fun, and so does the audience at the Red River Saloon. (I can't believe I just missed these guys- I live in Denver.)
This download sounds excellent, a warm, clear, recording. That upright bass isn't real prominent, but it's there. I haven't listened to the other 5-star shows, yet, but this one sounds like a great show. Thanks, Chuck Miller!
Notes:
Fades were added at the begining and end of the sets.
