Notes

--There is a small pop at 2:06 in d1t08 (presumably from someone hitting the mics).
--The taper had to switch batteries in the ps2 and ad20 during
the encore break. The resulting dropout and fadeout/fadein
were removed from the end of d2t05. No music was lost.
