Hi PainoMan,

that's because the files of Set 1 have a sample rate of 48 kHz, but an audio CD has a fixed sample rate of 44.1 kHz, so if you burn these 48 kHz files to an audio CD, they play slower.
(You may have noticed that they play correctly on the computer, for example with Windows Media Player.)
You can use any audio editor to resample the files before burning.
The files of Set 2 have the correct sample rate of 44.1 kHz, so no resampling is needed.

Is it just me or is the pitch on this recording quite slow?

Oddly, this makes Ryan sound like Bruce Hornsby. Hee...
