Subject: Absolutely Beautiful
This was my first time seeing RA, despite having been a fan since the Whiskeytown days. I had an amazing time. As expected, the sound was impeccable. Ryans voice carried perfectly over the band, and every sound was crystal clear. The set list was was really interesting, with a great mix of songs, including a couple I never would have guessed be played. I have not a single complaint, as this was a perfect show. Ryan really showed off his beautiful voice, as well as his bad ass guitar playing skills, especially on Peaceful Valley. Thanks so much to RA & the Cardinals, and thanks for getting this show posted so fast - it sounds great.

Subject: Location?
Hey spyder9, thanks for taping, nice job!
Our seats were right next to the other loge-lip taper, Tim Burke I believe?
There were 2 sets of mics taped down though, was the other set yours? Just curious.

We actually moved downstairs for better sound, that loge is higher up than some...

Below in comments, HoosierBuddy was asking about copying to ryanadamsarchive because it's a torrent site. Alot of us get our RA over there via torrent. All the RA soundboards that end up over here are first seeded there. There's a very nice Albany board up now, Syracuse should be on the way soon. Maybe we'll see a matix then? :)

Great recording Dan. I've listened to many of your shows, and this is another great one as can be expected.

Did anyone see any tapers at the Rochester show?

Subject: excellent aud
This was my first time seeing RA and the Cardinals and while not quite as good as some of the Sbd's on here(the Catalyst) or Somerville it is a excellent sounding representation of the show.I am really digging the new stuff and can't wait for the cd to come out:)

How about just pasting a link? That'll work the same.

The sound at the Landmark Theatre is as good as you get for any indoor show. I taped from the balcony lip. I could've asked about a SBD patch, but the Landmark is my home base and one of the most beautiful theatres in the USA. I couldn't do it.

Enjoy!!! :)

Subject: enjoyable show
Seems like the new standard is to get these shows up within a day - how cool is that? This one has a great set list, some fine playing and a general good vibe about it. We have been spoilt with all the SBD shows on here for the Cardinals - so I am only giving it 3 stars. That is 3 on the RA scale which is about 5 for most of the rest.

Thanks for keeping these coming. The excitement is building, I am so looking forward to catching the shows in England.

This is meltimg my face off!

Would you mind if I copied the flac files and upped them at ryanadamsarchive.com? Will give you credit for taping of course!

Thanks.

Hoosier Buddy
