the sleeping roomthe sleeping room "tonight (phase one)" [samarch020] ()

Would you like to try our new video/audio player ? (beta!)

the sleeping room is a experimental project utilizing analog synthesizers to create psychedelic-tinged ambient textures. "tonight (phase one)" is the sleeping room's first release, and this is a bleak album of dark tones and atmospheres. this music was created for The Audilisk, a sound/art project created for Burning Man 2005.
UPDATE: this has been accepted by the Audilisk creators and will be featured at the festival!

Subject: AFTER 7 MINUTES, I HAD TO TURN IT OFF!!!
I found this similar to listening to white noise on my old TV at 3:00 AM when the channels all signed off, mixed with the squeal of my smoke alarm after over cooking eggs on the stove. I wouldn't invest my savings to produce and market this noise. The abstract states that "this music was created for The Audilisk, a sound/art project...." I wouldn't classify this as "music" nor as "sound/art".
