Subject: Wonderful reading!
This is an excellent work.
One of the best audiobooks I have ever read. Not only the story is very good, but also Karen Savage does a wonderful job, especially doing foreign French accent characterization. In fact, sometimes you feel there is more than one person reading the story.
I was really delighted in hearing her to impersonate French people trying to speak English.

Subject: Great reading!
This was a very enjoyable, professional sounding reading. Karen Savage has a crisp, expressive voice and really gives it her all. It's almost like having Merle Oberon reading it to you. (Odd--none of the people I know from Waco sound like that...) I'm fairly new here, but The Scarlet Pimpernel is the best audiobook I've listened to on librivox so far. Thank you very much, Karen Savage!
