I've seen SCI more than once a year for the past 5 years, and this show was by far the most amazing one I've ever been to. It is a little slow to start, but after Creole Belle (they brought Taj Majal out) they really got into the groove.
The progression of jam throughout the next songs in the first set was mesmerizing! The piano work in One Step Closer makes the whole show worth downloading (seriously - it gives me shivers).
At the show, when they made the transition into 'Crosseyed and Painless' (Talking Heads Cover)the entire exhibition hall was ecstatic.
This is the show that I use to introduce SCI to friends who haven't listened to them before. I still get pumped up when I listen to it.
If you're more into the Blugrassier side of SCI this show tends to be more along the Bass Driven, Electronic influenced progression they have made over the past couple of years.
For a really great set of bluegrass style SCI check out 2006-08-06 at Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene Oregon. They play the entire first set with Railroad Earth, and it's got some pretty sweet sounds.

This was a nice show? This was a GREAT show... If you like the jams inbetween as much as me, you will most certainly agree. And what a perfect night. Very Trancending... seemed as though we were all just simply there, and really allowed the celebration to live within us, building for the night to come. With so much going on inside the venue it was defenitly not all about the cheese, but more so all about the future of cheese. So glad they are SOOOO open to collaboration / co-creation. Many new directions unfolded...and day 1 of the a new galactic spin, if you could have asked for more, what would of been there that wasn't already? A perfect night, filled with excellence & the magic of cheese. See ya at redrocks!

this is a nice cheese show, they have been repeating themselves a lot though recently but i think they will pick it up again soon, oh and the disco biscuits are by far the best electronic/trance/funk rock band.

Right click the individual songs and "save target as" save to your documents by creating a new folder under a name you elect to call the folder. Save each song into the folder.

Hey, I agree with the previous review. I want to download this show but don't know how to. It is a crazy show too. It is one of those shows that isn't the greatest cheese show ever, but has some of the best jams they've ever performed. The vibe at the show was increadable and not able to put into words. Someone help me get this shit downloaded.

This show was amazing and I have listened to it via streaming from this website. However, I am unable to download it. Does anyone know why or how to download it? Also, does anyone know when the 2005 NYE show will be available?
