Sessions : Seattle presents...
Luxxe
Starring Zackery StarHeartMoon on guitar, Opal Stone on bass, and Nate Moore on drums, Luxxe, a Seattle-based band, challenges the conventional with the release of their chaotic melange in tune with bands like the Blood Brothers and Mars Volta. The resulting music blends the heavy, the psychedelic, and the glam with some unusual song structures.

Subject: Beautiful for what it could be
the band's music creates a soundscape unheard of in much of today's music. the recording greatly reduces justice to what it really is. I saw these guys live. i was impressed, and that was before i heard that theyd only been together for a couple of weeks. if van gough had been on acid. this music could be his painting. i hope to hear a decent recording soon.

Subject: P-eww
While the spirit of the bands mentioned in the summary can be heard in the music, unfortunately this release falls far short of its intended goal. Between off key vocals, loose timing, and downright terrible production quality, this is one release that proves the adage "you get what you pay for" still holds true in some cases.
