Siobhan Champ-Blackwell Rosetime (2006)
This QuickTime video is a 30-minute interview with Siobhan Champ-Blackwell, a health access advocate from Omaha, Nebraska. This Rosetime was created using a camcorder at either side of the interview. We conducted the interview via the free Gizmo audio phone service. (http://www.gizmoproject.com) The video was merged using QuickTime Pro.
To view the video click on the word QuickTime on the left side of the screen, about half-way down. The first QuickTime listed is a short still-frame sample to show you the quality of audio that can be captured using a Rosetime. This QuickTime is most suited for dial-up users.
The next QuickTime is most suitably for people with computers from 2004 onwards. It is compressed with the H.264 video codec, which requires strong processing power.
The third QuickTime is compressed more lightly and can be viewed by older computers -- probably as far back as 1997. This video requires a high speed Internet connection to view (or a lot of patience using dial-up.)
All of these QuickTimes are best viewed using Firefox, Safari, Opera or Camino web browsers. These videos have been tested to run on Macintosh, Windows, and Linux (Fedora Core 4 -- using MPlayer) computers.
