Would you like to try our new video/audio player ? (beta!)

Thomas mery is an ex 'purr' (http://www.prohibitedrecords.com), he started working on his own projects after the band stopped playing together in summer 2001. Those songs were recorded in the spring of 2004. Acoustic guitar, electronics, cello and voice.

This audio is part of the collection: Sundays In Spring
It also belongs to collection: Netlabels

Artist/Composer: Thomas Méry
Date: 0000-00-00 00:00:00
Keywords: Experimental; Folk; indie electronic

Notes

Those songs are the blue print of thomas current work. After spending a little time focusing on electronic improvisation and sound manipulation (see 'I matter', white vinyl out on Dora Dorovitch, http://www.doradorovitch.com) he turned back to composing songs without abandoning his more experimental side. hallonSaft is a starting point.

The songs were originally gathered under the name of HallonSaft. This demo cd didn't include 'boxModel' and included a live performance at the 'Acce-s' festival. This track can be found here : http://www.shif-t.net. The name of this collection of songs has not changed for the release on Sundays in Spring. C'est toujours du jus de framboise.

Subject: Brilliant visionnaire
It's a very good experimental folktronica, much inspiring, ascetic, but very emotional. Great release.
