To Charlie Miller, thank you for an amazing recording. I am listening to FLAC strems through HRT Streamer II asynchronous USB DAC, J River Media Center, and M-Audio CX-5 monitors with NHT passive volume control.
This is about as good as live recorded music gets, I feel like I am on a journey listening to these stellar musicians.
Strangely enough I knew of Rodney Holmes but was really not that familiar with Steve Kimock.Just a stellar live show, great mix and the clarity is breathtaking.

A great show indeed, in truly excellent sound (love those Schoeps mikes!). Thanks so much (this is my best download of any shows in at least 2007).

i live in chicago and helped a buddy move to brooklyn that week and when he asked me what i wanted to do, what show i wanted to see immediately i said, "kimock at bb king's". i've never been glad that i helped someone move. it's an awful goddamn mess if you ask me but this show was well worth having to lug furniture around for two days just to catch it. moon people would have been a nice touch but overall how could i complain?? thanks for putting it up here and for all of you at archive.org : )

Another intimate venue for this amazing band and the crisp recording reflects it. Nice to hear Bad Hair on the Explorer and the Supro on TnG was a first for me.
Happy to see this show is up so soon - and yes, the 24bit is the way to go. It sounds like I'm there again.
Can't wait to hear more shows from this tour.

This was my third Kimock show ... Rippin show to be at - the 24bit recording sounds incredible through the headphones ... to see Rodney bust out the apple notebook for Sabertooth was sweet ... Tongue 'n' Groove and Thing One were rippin ... Overall, a must have - a Lesiondairy 5/5 stars!
... but where's my moon people?
