Smokelahoma's excellent new album Bucket of Clams is available from CD Baby.
"In a world of over-produced music that is doused with effects, Smokelahoma's Bucket of Clams is a revelation. It's nothing more than a heartfelt album filled with top-notch songs that lift up your spirit, and this fantastic release serves as a fine reminder that there is true beauty to be found in simplicity." Brian Ferdman, Jambands.com.

HAHAHA! Nice stuff. Great recording, great tunes, great grooves. What a fun sound. Not sure where to classify this other than Rock but there's so many good country elements and then a blend funky keys a la Jimmy Smith/Jimmy McGriff-ishness and a folky flavor in others. No complaints here. Got my shovel and I'm diggin' it. Head East Bound and Down, I'd love to see this in my town.

Cheers!

Subject: Wow!
This is some of the best country rock I've ever heard. Superb performance -- this band is really, really tight. Not exactly a jam band, but there are still a few excellent jams here. Fantastic guitar licks. Excellent sound quality. You can't buy music this good. Much thanks to the band for making this available. More, please.
