Subject: One of these days
The Loft has great, great potential. If they can cut down the patter into the mics between songs, edit the long gaps between tunes, stop their drummer from nervously playing licks between songs and get the keyboards audible on other than just the slow songs the future will be very bright for them indeed. 9-30-06 is a typical Loft show, the recording quality leaves a little to be desired (guitars, drums, vox all prominent, not much bass response and the keys are generally inaudible) - but don't let that stop you. One of these days the Nashville music industry is going to wake up to this gem of a band playing right under their cowboy-hat noses.
