Subject: Noisy Ambient Electronics
Two very enjoyable compositions from Paolo Veneziani having similar underlying dark ambient structures but displaying two very different characters. The first four-and-a-half minutes of SEA-DNTST emphasize interesting percusive elements, abstract electronics, and interludes of noise before tapering off into a minimal, but at times loud, manipulation of sine tones. SEA - AW, on the other hand, is a more uniform and flowing darkish ambient piece placing less emphasis on percusion and noisy elements and more on gentle, stuttering electronics. Nice listening.
