Subject: Unbelievable
Fantastic show. Wonderful sound. This is an amazing rendition of Running Away with what Freud Said. Get Lonely and Dance Music are also unbelievably beautiful. I have heard Dance Music so many times, I thought I never wanted to hear it again but this version is fantastic. This show is definitely a case for not yelling out requests. At least not over and over again. Enough is enough. I know a lot of people are big fans but really.

Subject: Apparently NOT a soundboard
Seeing as how microphones are referred to in the source text... I'd rate it as decent. An audience tape and it sounds like it. Great performance to be sure. Particularly the Thin Lizzy cover.

Subject: Great Quality Recording - Some Problems with the Crowd
What great quality. This is no bootleg - it's right from the sound board, and it sounds like it. This is one of the best quality TMG recording on the archive in my opinion. There is some cackle and hiss, but it was at the show as well, it's not a recording fault.

Unfortunately one or two people are being idiots at this show, and it ruins for me parts of the show. However, the last five tracks are great. John just sits down and starts cranking, and it's an impressive performance.

However, if you're choosing between this show or the 03/08 show, I'd choose the 03/08 show. They've worked out some of the cackle problems they had in the first show, and there aren't as many morons working the floor at the 03/08 show.

But this show is still pretty damn good, and the quality is great.
