JMMIII is another side project from Jon 7, although it can't be considered a pseudonym as those are his initials. "Mindchor" is a collection of three midform pieces made from field recordings made in the summer of 2007. The sounds of bike rides made at night, picnics taken at lumber mills and lots of incidental audio are granulated, stretched and processed into compositions that very much resemble "Fields" and "Fields II" on the jon7.net Microlabel.
Enjoy these pieces, they give you a perfect chance to walk down someone else's memory lane with the added bonus of knowing that the author recalls the recorded events as sounding much more like the results at the time!
