Die MinimalistinSurrealer Raum [tmth020]

try new player!embedding and help

The ghosts of events are younger in buildings more recently abandoned, and more haunting because they reach that state so soon. Through the modern ruins that seem a hundred years old in twenty, Die Minimalistin (aka Tanja Dovens) sifts through the wreckage and captures in image and sound the forlorn remains of derelict architecture.

As you listen, you can imagine yourself walking through one of these buildings, feeling the dampness and smelling the rotting drywall. Someone's dream once stood on that spot, now it's a pile of rubble. Enter the "Surrealer Raum" of Die Minimalistin's dark ambient sound and grimly haunting photography and enjoy letting yourself wonder what used to be here.
