"Tres", the Time Theory debut from Fosel, is a remarkable piece of work, especially for those who appreciate the albums by Restive on TT. Ostentibly ambient, the tracks on "Tres" have a sparkling crystalline quality, but also incorporate deep rumbles and disquieting elements that never let the listener relax entirely. It's an effective combination of the sort Time Theory thrives on.
Other albums from Fosel are available on Time Theory and other netlabels. We've been lucky to be able to release the work of a number of artists who are in the process of developing and refining their styles, and no matter what label he appears on, Fosel is one artist we will look forward to watching grow for a long time to come.
