The sixth part of AudioTong Live Collection, although recorded in Prague, comes from one of the most interesting Polish elecronic projects - the emiter.arszyn duo.
Emiter is Marcin Dymiter, born in 1971, who started his career as a guitarist for the post-rock band Ewa Braun back in the 90's. He also collaborated with artists and projects such as Mapa (with Paul Wirkus), Mordy, Mikolaj Trzaska and many others.
Arszyn is Krzysztof Topolski (born 1973), a drummer and a sound artist working in the field of experimental electronica since the late 90's. He has worked with Ludzie and Kobiety projects, also collaborated with artists such as Mikolaj Trzaska, m.bunio.s, Gintas K. and others. His remix album was released on AudioTong earlier this year.
When performing together Emiter and Arszyn present a blend of electroacoustic intuitional improvisation for drones, beats, voices and noises of all sorts.
The condensation of used sounds and a perfect understanding between the musicians (gained during almost 5 years of playing together now) make the listening of this album an always surprising adventure.
Definitely an album you will want to listen to again and again.
