From the very beginning you are going down in the realm of lonely nights, mystical shadows, threatening, but simultaneously warm sounds. Consistently, travelling on the sinewave, you will hear ultra-minimal drone-ambient, supernatural field recordings, beautiful glitch ambient and vibrating noise-step techno. The dessert is ambient organization.

Well, let's say this first: I'm absolutly not objective with this ep, since I believe that the "Hexen" cd by Motor on audio_nl is on of the 3 best minimal techno lp ever released. All the tracks on this ep are brilliant, whether minimal techno or experimental soundscapes, or the deepest dub influenced techno you ever had a chance to hear in the archive, this is highly uplifiting music. This is the stuff that made me once believed in techno along the Basic Channel and M productions, and the first Mika Vainio lps. And, to me, techno never sounded as good anymore once those people left the genre. Don't miss this: go and download!
Oh, and it's worth way more as five stars, of course.
