Confusion Is Next continúan su particular revitalización de la mejor época del indie-rock americano con este nuevo trabajo dividido en dos partes bien diferenciadas, especialmente en cuanto a sonido se refiere. Los cuatro primeros cortes, grabados en 2007, siguen el camino que ya marcaran en “Spread The Spirit”, con un sonido heredero de bandas de finales de los ochenta, especialmente Mudhoney, Sonic Youth o los primeros Nirvana. En los últimos cuatro cortes, grabados este mismo año, comienzan a abrir nuevos caminos en su sonido, quizás más pulcro, pero también más abierto a la experimentación.

Amazing
Confusion Is Next has absolutely amazed me. I fell in love with "Lost In Dark Days". I love the dark sound to the music. It is very ear catching to those of us less attuned to the more "pop" sound of recent music. I recommend this band to anyone who likes heavier music. Over all my favorite song was "Blue Roses Box Letters". It immediately caught my attention. I am looking forward to hearing more from Confusion Is Next. Over all they get two thumbs up. Good Job guys.
